產(chǎn)品描述：

泵的水力設(shè)計充分考慮了固液兩相流動的特點，過流部件采用合金抗磨鑄鐵。該型泵具有效率高、過流部件壽命長、汽蝕余量低、運行平穩(wěn)等特點。

泵為臥式、單級、單吸、懸臂式離心泵。適用于輸送含懸浮固體顆粒的液體（如精礦、尾礦、灰渣、煤泥、水泥、泥土、砂等），被輸送漿液濃度按重量計為50~70%，允許通過少量大固體顆粒，但其粒徑不應(yīng)大于過流斷面尺寸的80%。

泵的出口可由垂直向上變換成水平方向。高揚程泵均可兩級串聯(lián)使用。自傳動端看泵的旋向為順時針（現(xiàn)為逆時針旋向）。

為滿足電廠灰渣及選礦尾砂遠距離輸送需要，吸取了灰渣泵的長處，結(jié)合多年生產(chǎn)灰渣泵的經(jīng)驗，還開發(fā)有多級串聯(lián)灰渣泵，可五級串聯(lián)運行，也可單級運行，末級壓力可達4.2Mpa。

表列合金抗磨白口鑄鐵中：N-A、N-B對粗顆粒有較好抗磨蝕性；N-C抗磨性與N-A類似，但對大顆粒、高應(yīng)力抗沖擊磨蝕能力較強；Cr26、Cr28抗磨性與N-A類似，但具有較好的抗酸性腐蝕能力（介質(zhì)PH值可至4）；15-2B屬流行的優(yōu)良抗磨材料Cr15Mo3的改進品種，抗磨性，價格相應(yīng)較高。

在用戶未提出所要求材料時，我們提供低合金錳球鐵或52號合金抗磨鑄鐵的過流部件。
